Ethan: When I grow up, I want to be a doctor.
Me: That's a good career. You have to work hard at it, and go to school, but you are smart enough that if you want to be a doctor you can do it.
Ethan: I also want to be Spider-Man when I grow up.
Me: (Pause) That one's a bit tougher.
